Shipping Policy

Thanks for choosing Àràmídé! Here's what you need to know about processing and shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipping.

Shipping

Once processed, orders ship via UPS. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, email us at info@aramidethelabel.us with your order number in the subject line.

Shipping protection must have been selected at checkout for us to reimburse a lost package. Without it, we're unable to offer reimbursement.

Once we hear from you, we'll open an investigation with the carrier. This can take some time — we appreciate your patience. If the claim confirms the loss and you had protection, we'll reimburse you per our refund policy.
